Excellent service for my 1st oil change.

A little back story. So some how my Ram 1500 refused to start even if I had just changed to battery a few months ago. I then called a tow which transported the truck to my mechanic. After a few hours he called me back saying that they couldn't even hook up computer to get a diagnostic because their was no power. He advised me that it would have to go to the dealership. I called the dealership on St-Laurent who could only see my a few weeks. I then called the one in Orleans who wouldn't give me the time of day, and never called me back after taking my information. It was then that the tow truck driver told me to call south bank dodge. Upon calling, the friendliness voice answered. Her name was, Madeleine O'neil. She was able to fit me in the next day. So upon following the tow truck we arrived at South bank dodge. Right away the staff welcomed me like I've been going there for years. I was then approached the busy but welcoming service employee by the name of Dan O'Neil. He reassured me that he would take care of me and not to worry. I live in the Orleans area and it would have been way easier to go to a closer dealership. Thank goodness I didn't and I will never go to another dealership but South Bank Dodge. It seemed that everyone working there were so happy to do way they do. I met the manager before leaving (Simon) and now, I could see why they are how they are. Thank you to the whole staff. Eric

Went in today for an oil change and as per usual there was no issues at all these guys are great at Southbank Dodge I highly recommend them

The entirety of dealing with this dealership from start to finish was exceptional! In particular John the service technician was an absolute pleasure and showed a level of helpfulness and kindness to my 83 year old mother that in this day and age you don’t often experience.
