Amazing staff, super friendly. Love how they always fill my washer fluid and tires when I go in as I find it hard to do myself 🙂 I drive to this location from Kanata as they are seriously the best! 10/10 recommend out of all jeep dealerships in Ottawa

Went to them for warranty work, had to go back to have same part fixed again. Not the dealer's fault, the part was defective but they stood by the warranty. They didn't do the oil change I asked for while waiting for the replacement's replacement 😒, hence knocked off a star. They do communicate well otherwise. Not sure why they didn't do the oil change like I asked before leaving when I initially dropped it off. Despite this, I will go back again for dealer service.

Got my car towed there on a weekend. They were able to fix it by Monday late afternoon. Lifesaver.
